All case mods, case builds and custom computer are
welcome. Case Modder and Computer Builder from around
the globe are welcome to join the New Mod City Case
Modding Showdown 2009. All entry levels are welcome.
Please take some time to read very carefully the rules
and the Case Modding Showdown guide.
First:
All projects
must be
posted in the
New Mod City Forum.
(Doesn’t matter if your project is posted on other
similar forum)
Second:
You can enter a
minimum
of
1
Project per Category and a
Maximum
of
3
Project for the Case Modding Showdown 2009.
(If you have more than one project you should posted on
different Categories only if the project qualifies for
that category)
Third:
You have to
enter the category
that
best match
your Case Mod / build
criteria.
(If you have trouble deciding which is the best category
for you feel free to contact us)
Fourth:
All entry must be submitted before the
Deadline: Sept 27, 2009 [11:59pm ET]
(We will NOT accept entry after that)
Fifth:
Modding Master Category can only enter by
invitation
or
request.
(If you want to participate in this category you have to
own a case modding shop / store or work with very
powerful modding tools, Send us an Entry Request)
Sixth:
Your project must be completed by
Dec 01, 2009 [11:59pm ET]
(This doesn’t mean that you have to wait until the last
day to finish your project or to post the final
pictures)
Seventh:
All projects must have
Pictures
and
Video
(optional). Also you must
submit a picture of you with your completed
project and posted in the first post of your Work log
when you complete your project.
Eighth:
Every Participant must vote in the Elimination Match
(Dec 03 - 04, 2009 [11:59pm ET])
for their favorite project that way we’ll get to the Top
8 for the 1st (First) Round.
Ninth:
Both
Work log
content such as
photos
of the project should not contain material which may
offend
our community and/or sponsors.
Tenth:
Our
rules
are very simple and easy to follow so anyone who claims
to be above it will be
disqualified
immediately.
Eleventh:
Sponsored Project
can only be posted on the Sponsored Mod and Master
Modding Category.
Twelfth:
Be polite
when it comes to commenting on any project or topic in
the
community.
(We will not allow any
kind of verbal abuse, comments out of place or abuse
against our community or user)
Thirteenth:
You can
NOT
post any outside
link
in your Work log.
(Except Sponsored Mod and Master Modding Categories but
can not post image of their sponsors)
Fourteenth:
If you are
challenge
by another participant you must reply in
2 hrs
or you going to forfeit the Match
(Read
the Information Guide)
Fifteenth:
Have
FUN
in your Case Modding / Build adventure.
Help
your fellow in need.
Enjoy
the Competition.
