- Registering for NMC Case Modding Showdown

Registration Deadline: September 28, 2009 11:59pm ET

All participants must be registered in the New Mod City Forum before the deadline.

How to register:

1. Click "REGISTER" on the Navigation Bar Menu

2. Read very carefully the Term of Condition

3. Click on Agree or Don't Agree

4. Enter your Username Information and click submit

5. Then you have to wait for an Account Activation Confirmation (reply as soon as you receive the email or you'll be considered as a bot)

6. After we receive confirmation we will send you an email confirming your account.

7. Go to the New Mod City Forum and log in to the forum (You are Good to Go!)

- Requirement

1. We require that you introduce yourself to the community [Click Here]

2. Be active on the community

3. Be kind and polite

4. Help your fellow citizen

- Posting your Work Log

Project Work Log Deadline: December 01, 2009 11:59pm ET

1. We have an exclusive section for the Case Modding Showdown 2009 so be sure you post in the right area

2. Click on New Topic

3. In the Subject text field enter the Category Code you are going to participate and then the Name of your Project

[e.g. SUBJECT: [Cat-A1] Air Supreme I) [Categories]

4. In the Message Body Field you should enter all your project information (plan, brief description of your project, before pictures,

sponsor link and any additional info)

5. The first post may have a max of 5 pictures and they should be only before pictures.

6. All the following post should indicate the progress of your project. (All you have to do is click on "Post Reply" for you next post)

7. Keep your Work Log Clean and Neat

8. Keep the Size of your Images between (Width) Min 640 Max 800 (Height) Min 420 Max 600

9. You can reserve space for your future post. After making your first post just click on "Post Reply"

and type on the message body "Reserved" please don't abuse this option or you will be penalized.

10. When you Complete your Project please send a Private Message (PM) to the administration so we can evaluate your Work Log.

- Elimination Match

Date: December 03 - 04, 2009 11:59pm ET

The Fun Begins, all completed project will be voted by the users and participants of the competition.

This will be held at the New Mod City Forum, vote will be cast per category and the voting method is by poll.

The Top 8 from all the Main categories will advance to the Next Round (First Round or Round 1)

The Top 4 from all the Special Categories will advance to the Next Round (First Round or Round 1)

Now we move to the public area...

- First Round

Date: December 06 - 07 - 08, 2009 11:59pm ET

All the TOP 8 Participants will be post on the Case Modding Showdown 2009 Result Page within 24 hrs.

This is where things get interesting because the whole world could vote for the TOP 8.

So now is up to the Cyber-World if you advance or not to the next round. They will have three (3) days to cast their vote for the Best Mods.

Let your friends, family members, pets, cyber-friends and all the people you know that your project made it to the TOP 8

and that you need to Advance to the next round (Second Round or Round 2). Only the Top 4 will advance to the next round.

The Top 4 from all the Main categories will advance to the Next Round (Second Round or Round 2)

The Top 2 from all the Special Categories will advance to the Final Round.

One Step closer to the goods!!!

- Second Round

Date: December 10 - 11 - 12, 2009 11:59pm ET

All the TOP 4 Participants will be post on the Case Modding Showdown 2009 Result Page within 24 hrs.

This is where things get interesting because the whole world could vote for the TOP 4.

So now is up to the Cyber-World if you advance or not to the next round. They will have three (3) days to cast their vote for the Best Mods.

Let your friends, family members, pets, cyber-friends and all the people you know that your project made it to the TOP 8

and that you need to Advance to the Final round. Only the Top 2 will advance to the next round.

The Top 2 from all the Main categories will advance to the Final Round.

- Final Round

Date: December 15 - 16 - 17, 2009 11:59pm ET

All the TOP 2 Participants from the main and special categories will be post on the Case Modding Showdown 2009 Result Page within 24 hrs.

Congratulation you made it to the Finals!!!

Now is time to get those votes coming. Remember to let all your people know that you are on the Finals. They will have three (3) days to

cast their vote for the Showdown Winners!

Only one Participant will remain per category but this is NOT over yet...!!!

- Challenge

All the Winners from the Main Categories can Challenge each other out for a Sudden Death Match, the challenger have to post the challenge

on his rival Work Log and MUST send a Private Message to the administration and to the participant you have challenged.

This participant must answer or decline within 2 hrs to the challenge by replying to the challenger post. If the participant fail to answer the

challenge we will declare the challenger the winner. Winner will take half of the prize from the loser.

So we encourage you to subscribe to your own Work Log, be active on the community and write down the Sudden Death Match date.

Note: This don't apply to the Special Categories.

- Sudden Death Match

Date: December 18 - 19, 2009

The Sudden Death Match will be held on the New Mod City Forum only the participants and NMC-Forum Citizens have the chance to vote in

the Sudden Death Match. The matches will have a period of time of 2 hrs. Voting method by Poll.

If you win a Sudden Death Match you can challenge the remaining winners too to become the...

- Last Mod Stand!

- Winner or Winners Announcement

The Winner or Winner will be announced publicly on December 20, 2009 11:59pm ET

- Getting the Goods!!!

We will Notify all the Sponsors on December 21, 2009 so we need to have all your Shipping Information after we make the announcement.
